The Palm Springs AI and Creativity Expo 2025 is more than a conference — it’s a bold community learning experience. This one-day expo brings together residents, business owners, and students to explore how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is already shaping our lives — and what’s next.

The Pavilion – Exhibitors and “Ask the Experts” Experience
The lobby of the Palm Springs Convention Center will become The Pavilion, where sponsors will exhibit and be on-hand to share about their company and how they utilize AI. Also, AI tech experts will host Ask the Experts stations where small groups of attendees ask questions, learn from the experts and each other.
• Purpose of The Pavilion: Drive Attendee Traffic & Sponsor Engagement: Strategically, the “Ask the Experts” experience will serve as a major draw, bringing attendees into the heart of The Pavilion. This increased foot traffic will directly benefit all sponsors and exhibitors located within the Pavilion, enhancing their visibility and interaction opportunities.
The Pavilion hours are 8:30-9:20 AM and 3:30-5:00 PM.
Sponsors and Ask the Experts will dine with attendees prior to the 12:00 PM Keynote Presentation.
