The Palm Springs sunup Rotary Club presents it’s 10th Annual Palm Springs Chalk Art Festival in Downtown Palm Springs.  Professional Artists from across Southern California and students from the Palm Springs Unified School District compete for cash prizes and student honor awards.  Money raised from this event are donated to the Palm Springs Sunup Rotary Foundation for Rotary Student Leadership programs, charitable organizations here in the Coachella Valley and many other projects.
